Does any one know how to apply/contact the art program of Walt Disney?
I’m looking to find out more about illustration master’s programs in general, but am really interested in the Disney animation team as well as book publishers Scholastic and Harper-Collins. Any information would be great.

Disney itself does not have an animation or illustration education program. If you’re interested in animation, several universities and art schools offer animation programs. Disney hires quite a few from California schoolsm particularly CalArts, where Disney animation chief John Lasseter (of Toy Story and Pixar fame), Brad Bird (Incredibles) and many others got their degrees. I’ve provided links for a list of animation schools for aspiring Disney animators.
If you’re looking for jobs at Disney, they post them online (link below). Be aware that Disney (even before Pixar merger) and the other big studios have all been cutting jobs for traditional animators.
Scholastic and Harper-Collins both have job listings on their sites, too.
As far as master’s programs go, have a look at the schools at Pratt, Parsons, RISD, Art Center Pasadena (to name a few): they offer MFAs, but not specifically for illustration. SVA has an illustration program, though. Links below!
