Writers Publisher
If you get one book published, write another, and send it to the same publisher are they going to?
If you get one book published, and then after a while you write another, and send it to the same publisher are they going to look at your manuscript before looking at the manuscripts of unpublished writers? Or does that take three or four books before they do that? Or do they never do that? Thanks for your answers.

If you are planning on writing a series, do you have to tell them and show them at least a vague plan of what’s going to happen?
Most book contracts include the right of “first refusal” on any subsequent books you right, especially if they’re in the same genre or series. This means you have to show your next mss to that publisher first.
Publishers have several editors working for them so its not like unsolicited mss will be read by your editor before your second book.
Every editor and publisher loves to discover, nuture, and “bring alone” a new writer, and it’s the most important relationship you’d ever have as a wrtier.
