Q&A: Is this really a Christian PHONE BOOK? What other resources are they using?

Question by srsly?: Is this really a Christian PHONE BOOK? What other resources are they using?
I think I just received a real authentic Christian Phone book. It was hanging from my doorknob today.
It’s called:
“The SHEPHERD’S Guide”, The Christians’ choice of Yellow pages.
This must be THE actual shepherd’s guide!
Here’s an excerpt from the letter from the Publisher near the front of this book:
“Our purpose is to strengthen, edify and unite the body of Christ… (and) When you choose to do business with these advertisers, you are supporting other believers who in turn will be supporting their local church….”
I will read the rest of this book today.
My next question is, could there be other consumer niches that would help earn money for the most needy Christian churches here in the USA?
What about Christian baby food or Christian diapers for instance? How much money could that rake in?
What are your ideas?
All comments, commentary and answers are welcome here.
Bill Mac, Yes, I agree, well, kind of, Idk.
I see there are even Christian lawyers who help with divorce.
They are probably doing it pro bono.

How rich does the Christian church desire to be? To possess all and everything? If you want to publish a book like this, give me one, so I can avoid doing business with you…
i support Christians, but not their churches. I think that book is worthless. How do you really know if any of these people/ businesses really are Christian?
I’ll put it right under the file that church TV goes in.
You should use it.
The chances are greater that those businesses listed are reputable and deal fairly with their customers. Of course, some people abuse this, so you still need to be careful.
The idea is that by doing business with them, you are also contirbuting to what they give to their church, charities, and other alturistic activities. Seeing how you are going to spend the money anyway, you can possibly add more value to it.
You also seem to have the wrong idea about churches. They exist to serve people and their communities. They need money to do those things and cover their operating expenses. It’s not about capitalism and profit margins.
Where do I sign up? While I’m certainly no Christian, I have no problem telling the owner of this racket that I am if it will bring me more business. What a novel idea. Only do business with Christians. Which type of Christian? Do Catholics count? How about Jehovah Witnesses?
