How To Get A Children’s Book Published
How do I get Published?!? I have many stories, but I want to publish a children’s book first.?
Does anyone know how I can publish my children’s story? It’s for my nephew. I can’t seem to find a way to go about it. I do not have an agent. I have never been professionaly published. Is there a list of publishers that publish children’s story books? It’s not a chapter book. And do I need to illistrate it? I want to publish adult works later, but this is what I would like to publish first.
Can anyone help, PLEASE?

I do have a writers group about to get in session. I’m not asking about critiquing, I asking about the final project, when everything is said and done, all editing, all critiquing, how do I publish my work?
If you just want a few books nicely printed to give as gifts, then self publishing is the way to go.
However, if you seriously want to get published, I suggest that you join a writer’s group and read lots of books about the craft and business of writing.
You’ll aways be guessing about the quality of your work until you get some real critics to read it—and I’m not talking about friends and family—you need people who are knowledgable about the kind of writing that you do, who are also not afraid to tell you what’s wrong with your work.
When you find someone like that, always be appreciative of their time and honesty. As a writer, they are one of your best assets.
I’m not trying to say anything negative about your writing–I’v never seen it—but I’ve met too many writers who are sure they have nothing left to improve.
