Question by Eliza: Are there any book publishers in Utah that specialize in children’s books?
I’m looking to write some children’s books, so I haven’t actually written anything yet. I want to see my publishing options first. So, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why does it have to be in Utah? Your options aren’t limited by where you live. Even if the publisher was in Utah, you’d still have to follow their submission guidelines, which most likely means mailing a copy of the manuscript and then waiting months for a reply. The same process applies to any publishing house and its not going to make a difference where the publisher is (though somewhere in the US would definitely be easier as far as figuring out postage and all that). Just try to find publishers that publish childrens books and go from there. You can always google, or pick up a copy of Writers Market from your library/bookstore (really huge book, the kind you could bash someones skull in with).
